Wiggle those eyes each morning to improve your memory

A recent study suggests that a simple eye exercise each morning may both reduce false memory (did I let the dog out, or did I imagine that?) and improve real memory. The move is simple: move your eyes side to side for 30 seconds each morning. Researchers say that the move may work by improving communication between the two hemispheres in your brain, and help you discern between real and imagined memories. What's known for certain is that the college student participants in the study improved their own recall performance by 10%, something that's sure to help them in their next exam. (Note: Moving eyes up and down doesn't seem to have the same benefit.)
After I read the article, I tried it. It frankly made me a little dizzy, and I'm still not sure whether I let the dog out or not. Maybe it takes a few days to work, you think?
