If you've decided recently to lose weight, you probably embarked on some kind of exercise routine and slowly saw the pounds come off. That was exciting, wasn't it? It usually is.What happens when that weight loss stops even though you keep exercising? It's called a "plateau" and every person who has tried to lose weight has probably seen it. What if there are more pounds to safely lose?
Adjusting one's diet is key here. Changing your diet to one of healthy and nutritious foods and cutting out things like refined carbs and sugars is a good start. It's hard, but it just may lead to a lifetime of feeling better along with keeping that weight at bay.
