Remember to hydrate yourself!

This summer is almost here and with it come plenty of backyard barbecues, festivals, outside parties and other entertainment venues under the hot sun.With all that fun and frivolity, don't forget to pack a lot of water with you. Personal hydration is key when performing outdoor activities that may dehydrate your body (through sweat loss, etc.).
As our friends from Blogging New Orleans found out, all that precious water becomes like gold when all those activities centered around a jazz fest are in full swing.
Moral of story -- don't forget the water!
