Be a beach beauty -- the Brazilian way!

That's Fit has covered getting beach ready this season before, but you really can't get enough help when it comes to the ever-elusive "bikini body," especially not when it's coming from the famously beautiful Brazilians! But the real reason I think this article is worth mentioning is that it actually has some good advice that I either haven't heard before at all, or that I haven't heard in awhile. Things like drinking coconut water (it's full of antioxidants), being confident (you don't have to be a size zero to look good), and even various coping tactics to get around some of your less favorite things (like eating vegetables). And for the physical side of things, a little fruit in the mornings and some martial arts definitely helps.

Yay or nay? I think the confidence and coping are particularly important, because having a fit physique is about so much more than just your body on the outside.
