Are you ready for the "Mindless Eating Challenge?"

If you've heard of the "National Mindless Eating Challenge", you're probably already aware of trying to change your lifestyle to a healthier one. Naturally, the term "mindless eating" gets people's attention -- but what is it all about?Dr. Brian Wansink and Dr. Collin Payne want people to try and "eat less, to eat better, or to enjoy it more." (that is, eating). But, this isn't about losing weight -- it's about recognizing food and its effects on the human body. There are some "challengers" who want to gain weight (6%, in fact).
If you want to join the challenge, you are asked to choose 12 eating goals for the month and answer a series of questions. Past that, some condensation happens to arrive at five goals. What are they?
