10 foods that aren't easy to stomach

I found digestive problems can be reduced/eliminated by reducing/removing the following from my diet and by taking 1 Lactobicillus capsule per day.
1. Partially hydrogenated oils (worst offender and in lots of foods).
2. Beef, except from Black Angus cows.
3. Carageenan (in ice cream except Breyers).
4. Large quantities of milk.
5. Large quantities of tea or red wine (tannins cause constipation).
6. Fast foods, except Wendy's (no hydrogenated oils).
