Low carb, low fat healthy dishes should be the staple of all of our meals. I could stand for the days of fit pampering, too, now that you mention it.

I picked up some interesting cooking tips from the spa cuisine article at Epicurious. Steaming foods in aromatic broths (such as tomato fennel broth with venison) is a good way to infuse lots of flavor without adding fat. Serving lots of colorful foods makes a nutrient-rich plate. And if you are serving them fresh from your own garden? Ideal.
