Don't you wish you could cook like they do in the elite, gourmet health spas around the country?Low carb, low fat healthy dishes should be the staple of all of our meals. I could stand for the days of fit pampering, too, now that you mention it.
I picked up some interesting cooking tips from the spa cuisine article at Epicurious. Steaming foods in aromatic broths (such as tomato fennel broth with venison) is a good way to infuse lots of flavor without adding fat. Serving lots of colorful foods makes a nutrient-rich plate. And if you are serving them fresh from your own garden? Ideal.
