Calcium lowering cholesterol?

If you're on a daily calcium supplement regime, a new study says that the same element that helps keep bone strong may also help you keep that cholesterol level manageable.

The study found that dieters who took 600 mg of calcium and 200 IU of vitamin D actually cut their "bad" cholesterol levels by 14%, while overall levels of cholesterol dropped by 9%.

There are many forms of calcium supplements on the market. I'm a fan of calcium citrate as my preferred form. How about you?
