Resveratol in grapes may lead to increased endurance

The fact is that the foods you eat have so little Resveratrol, that it easily gets flushed out of your system. (see study here http://www.revgenetics.com/pdf/Bioavailability.pdf)
The reality is that eating tons of berries, peanuts or drinking gallons of wine to get your daily amount of Resveratrol will do much more harm than good to your body. As far as I know, it simply is impossible to eat resveratrol rich foods that will give your body the amount of 1 gram of resveratrol, on a daily basis, which is still lower than what most studies have tinkered with.
If you are serious about Reveratrol, you really need a supplement that gives you 350mg to 500mg per capsule.
