Getting raw -- with fruits and vegatables

Do you "eat raw"? This is a disgusting concept to many of us. Well, unless it comes to fruit, which millions of us like to eat raw. How about eating vegatables raw? Things like broccoli, green beans, tomatoes? Sure, many of us eat raw tomatoes on occasion (with a little salt perhaps).Want to really eat well, though? Some nutrition experts state that getting rid of pasteurized foods (juices, milk, nuts, seeds, etc.) and eating raw is the best way to get real, live nutrition. You see, pasteurizing foods destroys the "live" content of those foods (enzymes, for example). While it's good for protecting from contaminations, it also destroys much of the nutritional content in many foods.
The solution (if you can handle it) is to "eat raw" whenever you can. At least with fruits, it's pretty easy, right?
