To anyone interested, whenever I feel a little heartburn coming on when it's bedtime, I like to chew a piece of Altoids mint gum (not the mini's the regular size). I've read that peppermint oil (not the imitation stuff) is good for upset stomachs and heartburn and usually fixes me right up. And it doesn't hurt either that it's sugar free. :)

I've found the simplest way to get rid of my nighttime heartburn has been to lose 20 lbs.
