How Many Calories ... in a Chicken Caesar Wrap?
Categories: How Many Calories?
A busy schedule usually leaves me scrambling through food courts at lunch time. I'm pretty good at making healthy choices though admittedly, I sometimes fall off the wagon like everyone else. Today, as I dashed from one errand to another, I stopped by a popular deli for something to eat. I ended up with a Chicken Caesar Wrap and a small salad. Sounds healthy, right? Well, I know the salad is because it was a salad bar, so I was in control of what went into it. But what about the wrap. Was it healthy? What do you think? According to this, did it have:
A) 630 Cal, 24 g of Fat
B) 590 Cal, 22 g of Fat
C) 420 Cal, 15 g of fat
D) 350 cal, 12 g of fat
The answer is B, so I guess this is one of those 'off the wagon' days. At least I skipped dessert. The problem with a Chicken Caesar Wrap isn't so much the chicken or the wrap part, it's the creamy dressing and the added Parmesan. The wrap I had was very sparse on veggies so for a healthier version, make your own with plenty of produce, half the dressing and just a bit of Parmesan and lean chicken. .
