Bomb drops: study says most diets are useless

Most weight loss diets don't work and actually end up putting dieters at risk, according to a new study. This sounds like a pretty controversial topic to me, but nevertheless it's interesting.

New research shows that after looking at more then 30 studies, more than two-thirds of dieters on the most common diets regain all the pounds. Even more shocking, most of them become heavier then their pre-diet weight. Yikes!

The problem probably stems in a good way with what is considered yo-yo dieting and the like. Solution? Don't make diets a temporary solution to w weight problem but as a basis for permanent lifestyle change.
