Working out: is that personal trainer worth it?

Categories: Fitness

Is a personal trainer worth the money you pay to assist you in getting fit and building that desired muscle tone? In one word, yes. Not only do personal trainers have a knowledge of fitness unlike most ordinary citizens, but they can prioritize workouts to get you the desired effect in the desired timeframe in most cases.

The one thing that escapes most who want to work out is the "social contract" portion of having a commitment to a trainer every day (or every other day) so that your motivational level continues unabated for as long as possible. That alone is worth the price you pay to a trainer in my opinion.

Have you found yourself sticking with an exercise routine for a month or two only to find yourself quitting after a while? Hire than trainer and make the sacrifices to pay for those sessions -- and keep on track for those all-important fitness goals.
