Slimtree.com, an online gym, is offering the Internet's first 99 cent fitness video downloads. The workouts can be downloaded to your PC, PDA, laptop, cell phone, or any other device that's running Windows Media.
The way it appears to work is this: you can view clips of any video for free. Once you sign up, you pay a for a 30 day pass. You can download as many videos you want at 99 cents per video (plus a $1 transaction fee each time you purchase). The videos are then yours for 30 days to view as many times as you like, but become inactive after the 30-day period.
Even if you're a homebody, this might be a great way to round out your indoor fitness routine and to keep things interesting. Has anyone tried a Slimtree video before? If so, leave a comment and tell us what you think!
