Vitamins C plays a pretty important role in cells

Most of us have heard for ages that the intake of Vitamin C is good for health. Along with all the other vitamins, vitamin C has been marketed very successfully with orange juice, although there are better ways to get that daily Vitamin C inside the ole' bod. OJ is a good vehicle for most of us, though.

New research states that Vitamin C is actually quite a bit more important than previously thought in terms of having a big role inside human cells. The research concluded that Vitamin C is fundamental in controlling many cell activities, cell death and even the growth of cancer cells in tumors.

It's not as if we need more reasons for getting that daily dose of Vitamin C already, but this is pretty good one, yes?
