Pilates gives the gain without the pain

Are you a fan of low-impact but very beneficial exercise? If so, you've probably heard of (and may be a practitioner of) Pilates. This type of exercise is very beneficial if you ask me, and with a little ingenuity, it doesn't take hordes of expensive equipment, tables and stretching gear.No fan of pain while you get that daily does of regular exercise? No problem -- and as this story can attest to, the most ardent fans of Pilates as a form of exercise and toning may not have been a fan of the exercise regimen recently.
It seems like a "fad" to many -- but it is not, I assure you. It's one of the best workouts you can possibly have if you're not into the weightlifting scene or expensive cardio equipment -- although cardio toning and exercise goes hand in hand with Pilates from my perspective.
