Daily Fit Tip: Keep a journal

I tried it briefly and it did work well, although these days I am too busy to call my mother let alone keep track of what I am eating. You can get specially designed ones, but plain old notebooks work well too. Or you could even keep track of your progress online, using an online fitness journal like FitDay.com, which actually calculates how many calories you have consumed and burned each days, as well as the percentage of fat, carbs and protein in your meals.
