Trying to quit smoking? Try, try again.

There are lots of ways to quit smoking, and studies have shown that those who use some kind of aid to help them do it are generally more successful. And even more good news -- don't be discouraged if you've invested in medications to help you quit, even if at first it doesn't seem like they're working.

New studies show that only 18-24% of people taking pills to help them with their smoking habit were able to quit successfully the first time around in their original target time-frame, but when given an additional 3 months another 11-20% of people were successful.

That's worth the wait.
