The most depressed countries

This is one of those lists you don't want to be at the top of: a ranking of the most depressed countries around the world. The good 'ol U.S.A. is number 1, with 9.6% of the population suffering from major depression, chronic minor depression, or bipolar disorder.
Yay for us.
Surprisingly, the countries with the lowest rates of depressive disorders are probably not what you expect. Nigeria, for example, only has 0.8% of the population that feels blue. But some of the numbers might not be realistic, either, considering it's actually illegal to be depressed in some places (Nepal, for one). I doubt those people were too keen on answering that survey question truthfully!
