Almost all of us could use a little boost to our self-esteem -- especially on those days when you're feeling low, insecure, and just generally at odds with the world around you.

The Ririan Project has compiled a great list of "22 Tips of High Self-Esteem." Most of it won't be new to you, but it's all good advice, and it's helpful to have the information compiled in one succinct, easy-to-use list. Some example tips are "Stop comparing yourself with other people," and "Make a long list of your personal breakthroughs."

So check it out, and follow tip number 22 -- "Take action!" Because after all, "The universe rewards action! When you take action - regardless of the ensuing result - you feel better about yourself. When you fail to move forward because of fear and anxiety, you'll be frustrated and unhappy - and you will undoubtedly deal a damaging blow to your self-esteem."
