Women just love the smell of a man's sweat

Are females attracted to that disgusting fluid that men secrete when exercising or participating in sports? Yes -- women crave male sweat. Maybe it's unconscious, but possibly true.

Some research out of California concluded that women who sniffed a chemical found in male sweat experienced elevated levels of an important hormone. In other words, smelling that sweat made the women studied in the research have higher sexual arousal rates -- along with a faster heart rate and other effects.

Need the perfect aphrodisiac this Valentine's Day to make that special encounter, well, just that more special? Drop colognes and just start sweating, guys.

I'd like to clarify, there is nothing like a clean, showered man, that knows to put deoderant on,
sweating......Yummy!!!! Now, take a man that
didn't shower, ate garlic pizza and downed some
beers the night before, and didn't put deoderant on,
sweating in your gym,....he smells like s--t!!!

Absolutely true. Thing is, it isn't actually the sweat that gets me going, it's the natural musk that gets released caused by sweating. Sweat itself just smells hideous but man musk is rather nice.

It is true. However, when a man is sweating because he is actually doing something, that's sexy! But when they are sweating, stuck to the lazy-boy, that's the end of that!

I DON'T KNOW WHU PEOPLE WOULD THINK THIS IS STRANGE.IT IS NATURE AT ITS BEST.WOMEN GIVE OFF A DIFF SCENT WHEN THEY ARE IN A STATE OF ARROUSAL AND MEN CAN SMELL THAT .THAT IS THE WAY NATURE INTENDED IT AND IT WORKS PERFECT. "NATURE ",WHAT A WONDERFUL THING.

I don't know ... used to pick up my son and his buddies from football practice ... the odor was so foul, it made me nauseated. I would have to drive them home with my window down, gulping fresh air! We still joke about it. lol
My hubby's sweat smells like old hot tar ... not an aphrodiasiac at all ... he's much nicer fresh from the shower ... better yet, in the shower ...
Then there's this guy at work ... his sweat drives me wild ... unexpected, curious ... he is stinky, musky after working outdoors. Nice fantasy.

(1) To the point about the lazyboy, there are two kinds of sweat. One is from exercising (very sexy and sweet). THe other is from nervousness or just sitting around -- quite offputting

(2) To the point about the football team. I think it's YOUR OWN man's sweat which is exciting. nto the sweat of a bunch of random males

I can Tell you this... I play Hockey and when my wife comes to a game. She looks at me a whole different way. I am thinking CHA-CHING....Good game or bad game when it is over and she is there it always ends in a good game. Or even when I am working in the yard. She comes out a lot to offfer me drinks and says "Damn your Sexy" As you can tell I cut the grass 4 times a week!!!!!!!

Wait! Sweat , fresh as its working , Not body odor, bacteria giving off waste gas and odors. To be clear , start out clean showered, then go work out. and while sweating is nice , not two weeks later! lol

One further observation (I just posted the last two): I have dated Asians and Caucasians. Without question the latter are way mroe into it than the former, who themselves rarely sweat under their arms. My suspicion is that the researchers failed to control for this variable.

I have obviously given this way too much thought and need to get back to my day job

I agree with Ohmah. It depends on the man. My ex-husband stunk to hell and back. But my new boyfriend, just the slightest perspiration sends my senses and every nerve ending to heaven and back.
