Depression linked to early heart disease?

Posted on Feb 8th 2007 11:57AM by Brian White

This comes from new research concluding that depression's physical signs may contribute to cardiovascular disease in the form of artery problems in patients.

Studies in the past that have looked as heart disease causes usually focused in on anger, hostility and anxiety as causes -- but now, the physical manifestations of depression may even add to heart disease in a depressed person. This is even more evidence that you should seek help if you suffer from depression -- and knock yourself out of the cycle.
