If your life is crazy busy like mine, chances are you eat out quite a bit. Possibly more than you eat in. But eating out doesn't always have to be a recipe for disaster. You can eat out and be healthy, with tips from the experts like these ones from WebMD. The thing to keep in mind about eating out is that portions of everything are typically way too big. So a simple solution? Leave some behind. One thing that I often do is give my partner/brother/friend not on a diet half of my meal right off the bat and then I won't be tempted to at more than I should.
