For instance, I already knew I had a sweet tooth, but when I saw her description of a "fat tooth," I couldn't deny that I had that too! Toward the end of the article, she makes a very important point. Losing weight is hard work. Surgery, pills, special diets -- they can all ease the way, but in the end it comes down to eating less and moving more.
