Organization is the key to getting fit

It's coming up to that time of year again -- the dreaded New Years resolution season. You've made empty promises before, but this year your determined to follow through. It is possible, whether your a fitness fiend or a certifiable beginner. You just need to have a plan.
If you're not sure where to begin, check this out: it's a guide to getting organized and getting fit, no matter what level you're at. The plan is laid out, including types of exercise, duration and frequency at which you should complete these exercise, as well as some eating suggestions that should kickstart your weight loss. Plus there's some sage advice, like just because you're exercising, doesn't give you the green light to eat like a horse. That's a definite downfall for me. What about you?
