The answer is D. One white chocolate macadamia nut cookie from Subway has 220 calories and a whopping 11 grams of fat. And it's not just the white chocolate macadamia nut variety. The healthiest Subway cookie, oatmeal raisin, isn't much better with 200 calories and 8 grams of fat.
When you consider the fact that a plain 6" veggie sub is only 167 calories, and a plain 6" ham, roast beef, or turkey breast sub is only 223 calories, it's pretty depressing. Choosing to add a cookie to your meal may double your calorie count, and nearly triple the total grams of fat you're consuming.
