Is regular exercise good for fighting all kinds of ailments? Supporting your cardiovascular system, bones, muscles and many other systems is never a bad thing. But what about exercise helping fight arthritis and lupus pain?

Those that face fatigue from an immune system disease such as lupus, multiple sclerosis (MS) or rheumatoid arthritis may find it harder than normal to walk, bike or perform other low-impact aerobic exercise. But, if you can do it, these exercises may reduce your fatigue according to Australian researchers.
