As fabulous as we at That's Fit think this blog is, the truth is there are hundreds of wonderful blogs on healthy living to be seen all over the blogosphere. So in this feature, Fit Links, we'll introduce you to some that have caught our eye.

Stress is something we have to deal with year-round, but the holidays inevitably bring some extra stress along with all of their festivities. Traveling, hosting company, attending holiday parties and last-minute shopping can all be tough to balance with a healthy, relaxed lifestyle.

Here's a few of my favorite links for dealing with stress and staying sane. They might come in especially useful in the coming months.

Modern Business: Stress Management is a general stress management site that especially focuses on stress in our professional lives. This site is a great place for basic information on stress, like defining it and identifying which types of stress you have in your life.

Web MD: Anxiety Relief and Stress Management deals with stress management from a medical perspective. It highlights medical news related to stress and gives advice from medical and psychological standpoints on how to help your body handle stress and anxiety.

Make the Most of U
is more of a positive thinking, personal betterment kind of site. Sometimes the best way to deal with stress is to just get a more positive perspective on life, and this site is full of essays and links to help you do that. The creators of this blog are also starting a blog radio show next month if you'd rather take a break from reading the computer screen and just listen for a while.

These blogs take three very different approaches to dealing with stress, so hopefully you can find one that works well for you!
