Pole Dancing: a great workout alternative

Want a way to lose weight while building both muscle and confidence? You may want to jump on the bandwagon of one of the latest fitness trends by trying a pole dancing class. It's a great workout, and it helps you feel sexy. Classes don't involve nudity, and they're not for professional exotic dancers. They're designed for the average woman who is looking to get in shape and have fun doing it.

I've never taken a pole dancing class but I have done an exotic dance-style (girls only), and it was a ton of fun. I highly recommend it. If you've done a pole dancing class, let me know what you thought.
