Calorie density the key to eating more, weighing less

Quality is what matters when it comes to food, not quantity, according to this article. If you want to eat more without packing on the extra pounds, try eating foods that aren't so dense with calories. Water-based foods are the least calorie-dense, including most fruits and vegetables, so the author suggests adding vegetables to whatever you can -- they will help fill you up. On the other hand, fats are the most calorie dense, so look towards cutting down on fats in your meals, perhaps substituting them with veggies.
