Need a way to focus on your upper body and tighten up those flabby arms without adding too much time to your exercise routine? How does 8 minutes twice a week sound? June Kahn, a Pilates instructor in Boulder, Colo., recently created a workout for Shape.com that combines yoga, Pilates, and strength training for the ultimate in arm-sculpting moves.

The workout is simple, consisting of a short warm-up followed by a series of four moves done with barely a break between them. Regularly doing a routine like this will not only help you tone up and slim down, but also improve your posture -- and standing taller will only stream-line your appearance even more.

The moves are simple to learn and remember, and with the whole workout finished in under 10 minutes how can you go wrong?
