How to keep cravings at bay

It happens usually two or three times a week: something appears on what now is known as the 'snack table' at work. It could be salty, sweet or savory, but it's pretty much always not that good for you. What's worse, the evil morsels almost always appear when my energy is at an all-time low, when I want something, anything, to help me get through the afternoon, when my normal will power has dropped its defenses and taunts me to give in to the chocolaty goodness.

Okay, so maybe I'm being a bit dramatic. But seriously, how do you fight the cravings that strike you? You could start by checking out this article, which has a number of tips. Personally, I curb cravings by going for a short walk or drinking vanilla tea. What are your tips?
