Let's face it: waking up is hard! For those of us who have agendas to keep, the morning grind can take a toll on the body as the day chugs along. It's no wonder that one of the first things you crave after waking up could be that double shot espresso. However, consider adjusting your wake-up routine instead of downing that charcoal water (it'll save you the money anyway).Even if you get your 40 winks, waking up with a jolt which shocks you into submission could bring on that afternoon drag. So what's a person to do? Stop pounding the snooze button and try these eight tips on waking up better.
These are amazingly good tips. Having tried several myself, I can testify to their effectiveness. Other than mixing up your morning diet, a popular theme I'm seeing has to do with just taking it easy after you pry those eyelids open. So as long as you aren't pole vaulting out of bed, these tips shouldn't throw a wrench in your daily routine.
